Embedded client resource
QA training
April 2024 to January 2026: Established, maintained, reviewed, and improved a detailed app review analysis process using Apple App Store and Google Play Store review data over an approximately two-year period. During this analysis, several high severity issues and user experience (UX) concerns were discovered, test cases were developed, and key information was highlighted for the client for measurable impact. In addition, I pioneered targeted testing of a specific checkout and subscription flow that was uncovered as a major pain point for users.

July 2023 to January 2026: Worked closely with development, product, operations, and QA teams as an embedded part of the mobile development team for a large enterprise client. For over two years, I provided outstanding QA as a full-time and part-time embedded client resources across 30+ sprints building hands-on scrum and agile experience.

Testing strategy/management
May 2025 - January 2026: Took charge of testing strategy and project management for an enterprise client at Testlio, reducing test case turnaround times by 20% while optimizing workflows and sharing team-wide deadlines/tasks across 6 time zones for 7 concurrent projects for the same client.
